Earn points by making DU life easier
Points appear only after the action is completed and approved. Staff members can compete too; their operations points are capped and shown separately in the public breakdown.
One completed action earns one ledger entry. Duplicate submissions are ignored, daily caps protect fairness, operations work is capped and visible, and administrators cannot award arbitrary points. Legacy loan returns remain available only to finish existing loans.
